Consumer Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days from the day you receive the product. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement via email or through our contact form on the website.

Products must be returned to the following address without undue delay and within 30 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal:

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and condition. You are responsible for the costs of returning the products.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes paid via Global-E will NOT be refunded for shipments outside Switzerland.
Conditions for Return
Products that are damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and functioning of the goods are not eligible for return.
Please note that any FELCO tool that has been personalized through our engraving service is not eligible for return or refund. This policy applies unless there is a defect or an error attributable to FELCO in the engraving process. In such cases, please contact our customer service team, and we will address the issue promptly by providing an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or refund as deemed necessary.
