Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be calculated at checkout. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for each product on the website. We strive to meet these delivery times but cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date. If we fail to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order, and we will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs.

Delivery Locations

We ship to addresses worldwide. For orders within Germany and Switzerland, our standard delivery processes apply. For international orders, please see the additional information below.

International Orders

For international sales, we have partnered with Global-e, a third-party service acting as your seller-on-record. Orders to all countries outside of Switzerland are fulfilled by Global-e, our international delivery partner. When you buy via Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by Global-e and the purchase is subject to Global-e's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented at checkout before you place the order). This partnership allows us to ship your products to over 100 destinations worldwide, offering attractive shipping prices calculated during checkout.

At checkout, all products and shipping prices will be shown in your local currency. Express orders will be sent via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery country, selected shipping method, number of items, and total parcel weight. Product prices may also vary based on your location to reflect local market pricing, taxes, and exchange rates.

*Please note that shipping rates shown at checkout do not include any customs charges or import duties levied when the package reaches your destination country. For certain shipping destinations, you will be offered the option to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout; shipping methods that support pre-payment will be clearly identified during checkout.
